Business Analyst (PL)

Your analysis goes to customers and decides whether a deployment adds up for them.

About the role

Factory Brain customers — hospital catering, meal-box diets, institutional canteens — make operational decisions based on the analysis you prepare. We are looking for a business analyst to support both the sales process (pre-deployment analysis, ROI calculations) and the day-to-day work with customers, and who understands why a few percent off food cost is a concrete, countable result for them.

What you will do

Preparing the business analysis behind sales and deployment: case studies, ROI calculations, cost analysis.
Analysing customer operations and identifying where Factory Brain can deliver savings.
Working with sales and account management on proposals and customer-facing material.
Monitoring and reporting the results of a deployment: reduced labour cost, food cost and operational errors.
Working with the product team to turn customer needs into functional requirements.
Following market trends and competitors in food production and catering.

What we are looking for

At least 2 years as a business analyst, consultant or in a comparable role.
Ability to work with operational and financial data and to build models and calculations (advanced Excel or Google Sheets, SQL welcome).
Experience working with B2B customers, preferably in manufacturing, foodservice or retail.
Ability to run an analytical project independently, from gathering requirements to recommendations.
Good written and spoken communication — turning analysis into language the customer understands.
English good enough to work with the product team.

Nice to have

Familiarity with catering, food production or logistics.
Experience in a scale-up or a technology company in a growth phase.
Basic SQL or BI tools.
